No i dont have an anti virus,and the running it as administrator did not work same thing happening and i can not go to the store or even in offline mode because i reinstalled origin i need to login online for the first time but i cant.

But you know what, I'd bet the pirates know how to start Skyrim without the stupid Steam login app. So the real consumer gets the shaft in the end. UGH!!
