I built an extension onto my tablesaw to house one of my routers. Part of the extension is clear 1/4th plastic which covers storage for about 25 bits. The plastic cover is on hinges and lifts whenever I need to get at another bit or my router wrenches. I also have bit storage on a few wall cabinet doors, inside and out.
