Hello, I have been with virgin media for many years now. I started off on the 200mbps package and when they released the 350mbps I called them up and switched to that, still as broadband only. I have just tried talking to customer services and they said I'm not allowed to upgrade to the new 500mbps I threaten to leave and they offer me a £50 credit, but joke's on me because Virgin is the only compatible ISP for my flat. Now I'm livid, that's going to be two months of my income gone due to Virgin Media's ridiculous service. I don't even know if there's anything more that I can do. I've spoken to a few members here on this privately, but I'm looking for wider feedback/experiences on the subject title.
